FLUSS embodies for us the uncomplicated side of the Mosel, without losing character. Fresh, clear, and incredibly drinkable – exactly the kind of wine that works wonderfully both alone and at the table. A perfect example of how exciting a straightforward Riesling can be.

Aperitif in the sun, spontaneous evenings with friends, or as a companion for light dishes. The bottle you open and suddenly realize is empty faster than planned.

Pairs excellently with oysters, shrimp, sushi, fresh salads, goat cheese, or Mediterranean appetizers. Also great with fish dishes and light Asian cuisine.
