Flavor profile
Juicy pear, yellow apple, and a hint of citrus zest, along with fine herbal spice and a touch of dried flowers. The short skin contact adds light tannins and structure to the wine. Fresh, lively, and unrefined, with a dry, mineral finish. The grape variety Parellada provides freshness and drinkability, while the skin contact time gives the wine more depth.
Why we selected it
Soltera shows exactly what we love about La Forastera: minimal intervention in the cellar, lots of character in the glass, and still incredibly drinkable. A natural wine that remains exciting without being demanding. The kind of bottle that delights both natural wine fans and curious newcomers.
Perfect for
Long summer evenings, aperitif with friends, or as a companion to a table full of small dishes. Especially good for those who crave a bit more texture and personality than a classic white wine.
Food recommendation
Pairs excellently with grilled vegetables, tapas, roasted cauliflower, sardines, Manchego, or Mediterranean appetizers.
Cross-Selling
If you like this: Cul Inquiet for even more structure and skin contact or El Sogre Ancestral if you want to experience the same style as Pet Nat.
