Since 1934, the Mallafré family has been producing extra virgin olive oil. The production process is unique: the oil is pressed using a stone mill and then cold extracted. Decanting takes place naturally and the oil is stored away from light and oxygen.

Tasting notes: Fruity olive oil of medium intensity with aromas of ripe bananas and green grass. Finally, almond flavor infused with basil.
