Olive Arbequina in salt

Arbequina olives. Natural olives, without preservatives or additives.

The Mallafré house sorts the olives by size and stores them in underground tanks. They are then mixed with water and, if necessary, salt.

During the natural fermentation process, the tanks are checked regularly. When the olives are ready, they are sorted by hand and the broken ones are discarded.

Once this step is completed, they go straight into the packaging.
