On the palate, it is taut, juicy, and precise, with vibrant acidity, clear fruit, and a mineral, salty draw. The wine appears straightforward and elegant, yet always animating and approachable. The finish is fresh, stony, and long-lasting.
Suitability:
An excellent companion to oysters, fish, sushi, Asian cuisine, white meat, or fresh summer salads.
Also an ideal wine on its own for all who love mineral, fresh, and elegant Rieslings.
