Taste: Clear, fresh aroma of pear, some coconut – complemented by a juicy, intense acidity
Suitability: Hearty, rich dishes with meat and fruity components – ideal with chicken with mango-chili sauce or pork fillet with apple chutney
Serving temperature: 3–6°C
