Grape variety:
100% Xarel·lo, traditionally produced as a Crémant, hand-riddled and without additives – pure and unadulterated. The grapes come from 35-year-old vines planted on sandy-loam soil in Sant Martí Sarroca, Alt Penedès (Catalonia), and were hand-harvested on September 4th (fruit day). After a 6-week maceration in stainless steel, the wine was lightly pressed, fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts, aged unfiltered and without sulfur, and aged for 6.5 months on the full lees.
Color:
Bright, clear gold with fine, persistent perlage.
Taste:
Charming creaminess meets ripe citrus aromas, white blossoms, and a hint of brioche; elegant, complex, and beautifully balanced – the texture is smooth, the finish long and stimulating.
Fitness:
The perfect aperitif for stylish evenings or lively nights—excellent with fine finger food, salmon canapés, or goat cheese crostini with honey.
Service temperature:
6–8 °C
